Following our initial discovery call, you'll receive onboarding materials and content guides tailored to your specific package and service selection. Take your time crafting your copy, and we'll schedule your design date at your convenience.

To kickstart our project, you'll receive access to your client Portal in Notion and a comprehensive 'Brand Questionnaire and Content Guides' outlining the essentials for a successful launch. This includes a concise questionnaire, website copywriting guidelines for each web page, and assistance with domain details and or third-party integrations, if needed. Everything will be communicated via a Notion client portal. Remember, I'll be here to guide you through each step!

Before our initial discovery call, consider your website's desired features and exact page count. Examples include an email newsletter sign-up form, a blog, or an engaging gallery, integration with a payment processor or a scheduling system. This preliminary understanding will enable me to craft an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs.

To ensure a cohesive brand identity, I recommend dedicating some time to establish your branding elements. This will be a crucial part of our design process.

While working with a professional brand designer is optional before embarking on your web design journey, you have the option to purchase my Premium Squarespace Web Design package, which includes a custom starter branding kit with basic branding elements (logo + 1 logo variation, custom color palette, custom fonts, curated imagery and a mood board) within the website design process. While I don't specifically offer comprehensive SEO services, I meticulously adhere to on-page Squarespace SEO best practices, ensuring your website's foundation is strong. This includes: optimizing images for loading time, incorporating keyword-rich descriptions into the main images metadata, page descriptions, and page titles (with your provided keywords), streamlining URLs, and enabling SSL security.

Your website copy (written content) will be an essential element during the design process and will need to be ready before our official design date starts.

While I don’t offer copywriting services, both of my Website Design packages include comprehensive Website Copy Guides to help you craft compelling content on your own.

To ensure your website's messaging resonates with your brand, I recommend you collaborate with a professional copywriter, however this is optional.

For a seamless project launch, I recommend securing your design process at least 2-4 weeks prior to the actual start date. This ample time will allow you to gather all the necessary content (website copy) and media files (pictures) for your website, ensuring a smooth and efficient design journey.

As I adhere to a timely client schedule and project delivery, changing your design date would imply rearranging other clients' projects. Therefore, refunds are not available.

I understand unforeseen situations can happen, so If you need to reschedule, we'll explore your options together.

Squarespace is my exclusive platform for website design at the moment, and for good reasons.

Squarespace is a true one-stop shop, encompassing domain registration, email marketing, scheduling, and memberships all under one roof. It even includes an SSL certificate and hosting, eliminating the need for additional plugins or separate hosting services.

Squarespace's creative freedom is unparalleled, enabling us to mold your website to your brand's unique identity, rather than the other way around. And with its drag-and-drop interface, requiring minimal to no coding,

it's incredibly easy for you to update your website yourself. Plus, Squarespace ensures your website looks great on desktop and mobile for a great user experience.

• Copywriting or copyediting (website copy and images must be provided before we start your project)

• Privacy, Cookies or Terms legal policies (you must provide your own legal documents, or I can recommend templates or generators that you can purchase if you don’t have these in place)

• Squarespace hosting, domain, email, scheduling system, any any other third-party subscriptions fees - (these are an additional subscription costs)

• Domain transfer or resetting. I can ‘connect’ your domain to Squarespace. Most of my clients don’t need their domains transferred.

I highly recommend working with a professional photographer to produce intentional branding photos of you or your team that can align with your brand's vision and resonate with your target audience.

I am happy to provide support throughout the entire process. I'll provide tips every step of the way, from sharing shot ideas to assisting you in curating on-brand attire, if needed.

Curated stock imagery can serve as an additional or supplementary element to your brand photoshoot and will be included in your design package.

In addition to my website design fees, you will also need to cover the cost of a Squarespace subscription, your yearly domain renewal and any other third party integrations needed for the website; i.e: a scheduling system, payment processor, etc.

Squarespace's pricing plans are available on their website, and most of my clients opt for either the Business Plan or the Basic Commerce Plan.

As a special bonus, you'll receive a 20% discount on your first year of Squarespace if you choose to work with me building a brand new site.

Please note that these additional costs (Squarespace subscription, domain renewal, third party platform subscriptions, etc) are separate from my website design fees.

To ensure your spot in my design schedule, a 20% deposit is required after our discovery call if you want to move forward with your project and schedule your design start date.

The remaining balance will be split in 2 payments. The following 30% in the middle of the project, and the last 50% payment due at launch, before you receive your website files and full ownership of your website (if we are building a site from scratch).

I don’t currently offer retainer packages, however; whether you're an existing client or a valued past customer seeking website design updates, additional pages, or any other design services after our project has been completed, I'm here to assist you!

For edits or website updates beyond our initial project, I offer flexible options, including piece-work at flat rates or an hourly rate for minor fixes.
